  • 1 tsp Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. Worcesterhire sauce
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 lrg onion minced Juice from 1 lemon

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Brush both sides of beef or possibly chicken before grilling and frequently during grilling.
  2. This recipe yields approximately 3 1/2 c..
