Ингредиенты
- 1/3 c. A-1 Steak Sauce
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 x clove garlic chopped
- 1/4 tsp coarsley grnd black pepper
- 4 x (4-6 ounce.) beef shell or possibly strip steaks about 1" thick

- In samll bowl, combine steak sauce, lemon peel, garlic and pepper; brush on both sides of steaks. Grill steaks over Medium heat for 15 min on each side or possibly till done, brushing with sauce occasionally. Serve immediately.
- Serves 4.
