Ингредиенты
- 4 lb brisket
- 2 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
- 1 tsp salt onion salt, to taste garlic pwdr, to taste
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 tsp Salt

- Day 1: Baste brisket with Liquid Smoke and 1 tsp. salt. Wrap in foil and chill overnight.
- Day 2: Sprinkle brisket all over with onion salt and garlic pwdr.
- Re-wrap and bake at 300 degrees for 5 hrs. Cold and chill overnight.
- Day 3: Slice and cover with sauce. Re-wrap and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
- Sauce:Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove and pour over brisket. For a larger brisket, I double this amount of sauce. Excellent for making ahead for picnics or possibly camping.
