I work full time as accounting supervisor in tax consultant office and I love to cook, eat and collect books on cooking, baking, handicraft. Everyday I cook differently depending what I have on hand on that particular time. I rarely have standard recipes on cooking anything. Usually I read cooking books.. and see what is the bottom line. And then I just cooked it as I please. But on cakes though, mostly it is on recipes. The change I made to the recipes took some experiment maybe around 3 times most of the time. My boyfriend especially appreciated my cooking style. Never boring he said. Always curious about what is on the table on the next day. I even couldn't name what I cooked. Because if I name it some people might object and said that is not the way it should be cooked. So I rarely bother naming my cooking except when I am following a recipes for the first time.
