Name: Holly's Cheese Ball
Ingredients: 1 c. Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese; 1 c. Grated Mild Colby Cheese; 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese; 8 ounce Cream Cheese; 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk; 1 sm Clove Garlic, crushed Or possibly 1/2 Tsp Garlic Pwdr; 1 dsh Salt; 1 dsh Worcestershire Sauce; 1/2 c. Minced Nuts (Walnuts/Pecans/Sesame Seeds)

Ингредиенты

1 c. Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 c. Grated Mild Colby Cheese
1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
8 ounce Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
1 sm Clove Garlic, crushed Or possibly 1/2 Tsp Garlic Pwdr
1 dsh Salt
1 dsh Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c. Minced Nuts (Walnuts/Pecans/Sesame Seeds)

Инструкции

Have all ingredients at 60 degrees for easier mixing. Combine all ingredients except nuts. Form into ball or possibly log and roll in nuts. (You may need to refrigeratebefore forming into ball or possibly log.) Chill till used. Serve with crackers, ray veggies or possibly fresh fruit. These also make lovely holidy gifts. You can color the coating by adding mild paprika or possibly minced parsley with the nuts.
