Born and brought-up in Italy, (il Bel Paese), with fresh and genuine food.
A background as photographer, (portraits, reportage, still-life, ...), with a passion for the culinary arts.
My cooking life begins in Paris with excellent schools and collaboration with chefs that, beside entrusting me with their cooking tips and tricks, have taught me the Art of Food Presentation.
Professionally I did my debut as an intern at the 3 stars Michelin restaurant "Le Pavillon Ledoyen", eventually continuing my training at the 2 stars Michelin restaurant "L'Espadon", Hotel Ritz Paris, where I went from savory to pastry.
Currently living and working between Rome, (Italy), and Moscow, (Russia).
