Обо мне
Love to cook and bake. Is a stress reliever to create or try something new. Have 2 children, a retired Human Resources Manager from Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate (of course!), love to exercise, am a volunteer for animal rescue group. Grow my own vegetables. Enjoy travelling (Central and South America plus parts of Europe) and enjoy a good book when I have time. Value good friends!

- 17 апреля 2010Hi John, I'm thrilled to sayyour African Chicken Soup recipe was very close to the local cafe's creation! I added a tad of mumbasa spice to kick in a different flavor and a bit more heat. Delish! Thank you so much for sharing. I'm mustering the courage to try a mole' recipe. Just need to find both the courage, all the ingredients and the time. If you've tried any that you really enjoy, please send it my way. Will be posting some recipes soon. Happy eating!
- 30 марта 2010Hi Jessica. Glad you joined! I hope the african chicken soup lives up to what you've had at the local restaurant! I look forward to seeing your comments and reviews...and maybe even a recipe or two! I'm a Rick Bayless fan too. Loved going to his restaurants when we lived in Chicago.1 reply
