Chef Mark Gallagher turned my dream of honoring friends who helped me through cancer surgery into a reality. He was punctual, efficient, easy going, and creative. Offered a variety of delicious appetizers at a price I could afford. I would recommend him highly and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
