- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. presweetened instant cocoa pwdr
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
Инструкции
- Combine all ingredients, beating till blended.
- Heat a greased 6" skillet.
- Pour 2 Tbsp. of batter into skillet for each crepe.
- Lift and tilt skilleet quickly to spread batter.
- Brown on one side; then flip to brown second side.
- Yield: 16 to 18 crepes
