- 2 c. AM Brown Wild Rice & Herbs (Quick), cooked & cooled
- 16 ounce Canned peas and carrots liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Celery, minced
- 1/2 c. Onion, minced
- 1/2 c. Cucumbers, diced
- 1/8 c. Minced pimientos
- 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr Vegetable seasoning to taste

- Toss ingredients together with mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing of choice.
- Chill. Serve on a bed of alfalfa sprouts.
