- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved
- 1 zucchini, cut like shoestring potatoes
- butter

- Saute the minced onion in a small amount of butter. When translucent/soft, add in the cubes dissolved in 1/3 cup hot water. Add in zucchini and cook over high heat till liquid evaporates (not long). Serve with soy sauce.
