Ингредиенты
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 3 c. sifted whole wheat flour
- 4 c. sifted white flour
Инструкции
- Put sugar, butter and 1 1/2 c. warm water in large bowl and set aside to cold. Place yeast in 1/2 c. hot water. As soon as first mix has cooled to lukewarm, add in beaten Large eggs. Add in yeast mix then stir in 1/2 flour and salt. Mix till smooth. Then add in rest of flour and knead well. Let raise till double. Punch down and cut into rolls. Let raise again. Bake at 350 degrees till brown.
