- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 beaten large eggs
- 3 T oil
- 1/2 c. favorite additive (optional)

- Sift dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients separately. Add in the dry mix to the wet and beat vigorously for a couple seconds. (Overbeating this mix produces flat pancakes.) Mix in blueberries or possibly whatever your favorite addition is. If batter is too thick, add in 1 tbsp lowfat milk.
