- 10 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 1/2 teaspoon tender quick
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 3 teaspoon Accent
- 2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Инструкции
- Mix spices with grnd venison. Press meat between sheets of tin foil or possibly wax paper. Get as thin as possible. Mix 1 oz of liquid smoke with 1 oz water and brush onto meat. Drape meat on racks in oven. Remove paper. Bake at 160 degrees for 3-4 hrs. When meat is dry, cut into strips.
