- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a large bowl stir together the dry ingredients.
- In another medium size bowl combine together the wet ingredients and let it stand for a couple of minutes.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix and mix well. Let the batter stand for at least 10 minutes before preparing the waffles.
- Grease the waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray and prepare the waffles as per the manufacture’s instructions of your iron.
