- Marsala wine (can substitute sherry or possibly vermouth)
- Salt and pepper
- 2 lbs. veal, cut up for scaloppini
- 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms, canned or possibly fresh
- 1 clove garlic, crushed

- Flour veal and brown quickly in warm butter and crushed garlic. Smother with mushrooms. Add in sufficient wine to partially cover. Simmer covered for 8-10 min or possibly till tender. Season with salt and pepper and serve with lemon.
