- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 Large eggs
- 1 lg. box vanilla wafers
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 2 c. minced pecans
Инструкции
- Cream butter and sugar well. Break cookies up into cream mix. Add in Large eggs. Add in rest of ingredients. Spread into a well greased and floured tube pan or possibly bundt pan. Bake at 320 degrees for 1 hour. Cold in pan.
