  1. Brown grnd turkey, bell peppers, onions. Drain. heat tomato sauce, stir, low. Add in grnd turkey to sauce. Add in garlic, oregano, soy, mushrooms, steak sauce, peeled tomatoes to sauce. Season to taste with powders. To remove grease, boil turkey sausages for 15 min. Drain. Let cold, slice into chunks and add in to sauce. Simmer covered for 1 and 1/2 hrs. For thicker sauce, keep uncovered for last half hour. Cook spaghetti, drain. Run under cool water. Ladle sauce over spaghetti and serve. Serves 6.
