%20by%20squeezing%20globs%20of%20it%20in%20your%20fist.%20%20These%20look%20hilarious,%20don't%20they?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20%20Okay,%20so%20here%20is%20the%20turkey%20I%20used.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20the%20yummy%20parmesan.%20%20Um,%20NO,%20i%20didn't%20sprinkle%20a%20large%20helping%20straight%20into%20my%20mouth%20as%20i%20was%20pouring%20it%20out%20of%20the%20bag.%20%20What?!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOoh,%20and%20the%20bread%20crumbs.%20%20This,%20i%20for%20sure%20did%20not%20eat%20straight%20out%20of%20the%20container.%20%20Cross%20my%20heart.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOh,%20i%20watched%20the%20movie%20Up%20for%20the%20first%20time%20this%20weekend,%20and%20every%20time%20the%20old%20man%20said%20%22Cross%20my%20heart%22,%20i%20bawled%20my%20eyes%20out.%20%20Have%20you%20seen%20it?%20%20Oh%20my%20gosh.%20%20I%20thought%20i%20was%20gonna%20lose%20it%20in%20the%20first%2010%20minutes%20of%20the%20movie.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnyways.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20throw%20in%20all%20the%20ingredients%20together%20and%20mix%20away!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20%20Now,%20you'll%20want%20to%20form%20them%20into%201%22%20balls.%20%20Try%20to%20keep%20them%20to%20same%20size%20to%20ensure%20they%20cook%20at%20the%20same%20rate.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20were%20rolled%20by%20a%20very%20special%20sous%20chef%20of%20mine%20;)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFantastic!%20%20I%20put%20them%20on%20some%20wax%20paper%20until%20they're%20ready%20to%20go%20into%20the%20skillet.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20%20Heat%20a%20large%20skillet%20with%20generous%20amounts%20of%20vegetable%20oil.%20%20Brown%20the%20meatballs%20by%20giving%20them%20a%20little%20shake%20in%20the%20pan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5.%20%20Once%20all%20sides%20of%20the%20meatball%20are%20no%20longer%20pink,%20pour%20a%20little%20water%20(1/2%20cup%20or%20so)%20into%20the%20pan%20and%20cover.%20%20Lower%20heat%20to%20medium%20and%20allow%20to%20simmer.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E6.%20%20After%20about%205%20minutes,%20break%20the%20largest%20meatball%20open%20to%20see%20if%20the%20inside%20is%20still%20pink.%20%20If%20not,%20you're%20done!%20%20Remove%20from%20heat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOkay,%20at%20this%20point,%20you%20can%20either%20stick%20toothpicks%20in%20them%20and%20serve%20the%20way%20they%20are.%20%20You%20can%20also%20allow%20them%20to%20cool%20all%20the%20way%20and%20freeze%20them%20for%20later%20use.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhat%20I%20did%20was%20to%20put%20them%20in%20a%20slow%20cooker%20with%202%20jars%20of%20pasta%20sauce%20and%20set%20it%20on%20high%20for%2045%20minutes%20so%20that%20the%20sauce%20gets%20well-incorporated%20into%20the%20meatballs.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThey%20were%20so%20delicious%20that%20by%20the%20time%20I%20got%20around%20to%20taking%20pictures%20of%20the%20finished%20product...the%20meatballs%20were%20all%20gone!%20%20So,%20by%20making%20delicious%20food%20that%20was%20turned%20out%20to%20be%20popular,%20I%20also%20screwed%20myself%20out%20of%20getting%20a%20final%20picture.%20%20Oh%20well,%20such%20is%20life.%20%20I%20demand%20a%20lot%20of%20myself%20as%20an%20academic,%20but%20as%20a%20food%20blogger,%20I'm%20not%20gonna%20stress%20out%20it%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHave%20a%20great%20Monday!%20%20And%20may%20this%20week%20be%20better%20than%20the%20last%20(please%20please%20please).%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
