- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. french vanilla-extract">vanilla or vanilla-extract">vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 c. cold milk
- 1 tub Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
- Coconut, toasted
Инструкции
- Beat cream cheese in lrg. bowl with electric mixer on med. speed until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Add pudding xix, pineapple with juice and milk; beat on low speed until blended.
- Stir in 2 c. of whipped topping. Spoon into 8 dessert glasses.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and toasted coconut.
