- 2 pkt Top Ramen Noodles
- 3 c. Boiling Water
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 3/4 lb Shrimp (or possibly chicken, etc)
- 1Â 1/4 slc Green Onions 1-inch slices
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Инструкции
- Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 min; rince with cool water and drain.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in wok or possibly skillet. Stir-fry meat and onions for 1 minute. Add in the cooked noodles, seasonings from the flavor packet and lemon juice; toss and heat through.
- Serve topped with 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds. Garnish with lemon wedges.
