fresh parmesan 2 lbs italian sausage 1 fennel bulb 1 onion 6 garlic chopped 1 bunch italian parsely 3 tomato chopped 1 cup white wine 16oz heavy cream 2 TLBS butter olive oil salt and pepper

heat oil and butter in fry pan add onion fennel garlic cook till soften add sausage cook till done add tomatos and wine cook for awhile add heavy cream add salt and pepper to taste pour over pasta sprinkle cheese and parsley on top enjoy
