Ингредиенты
- 3 med. tomatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/3 c. diced celery (or possibly cucumber)
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt (I omit)
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano (optional)

- Combine all of the above ingredients. Refrigeratefor several hrs. Drain when served.
- NOTE: This is a terrific dish for summer time when tomatoes and peppers are so plentiful! Also, by leaving out the salt you have a lower sodium relish.
