- 1 bunch green onions, minced (3-4)
- 1 can chili peppers (whole green chili)
- 1 c. green olives
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, salt, pepper to taste
