%20and%20do%20something%20just%20a%20tad%20different.%20How%20about%20some%20chocolate%20covered%20toffee%20chips?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EToffee-Banana%20Bread%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20350%20degrees%20F.;%20grease%20a%205X9%E2%80%9D%20loaf%20pan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECombine%20the%20bananas,%20butter,%20sugar%20and%20eggs%20in%20a%20large%20mixing%20bowl.%20Beat%20on%20medium%20speed%20for%20about%203%20minutes,%20or%20until%20thoroughly%20mixed;%20add%20vanilla.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhisk%20together%20the%20flour,%20baking%20soda,%20and%20salt.%20Add%20to%20the%20banana%20mixture%20and%20stir%20until%20combined.%20Fold%20in%20the%20toffee%20chips.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDid%20I%20say%201%20cup%20of%20toffee%20chips?%20I%20guess%20I%20didn't%20really%20measure.%20I%20just%20added%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20bag%20(about%20half).%20Not%20too%20much%20of%20a%20good%20thing%20here.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20the%20batter%20into%20the%20prepared%20loaf%20pan%20and%20bake%20for%2060%20minutes%20or%20until%20a%20tester%20comes%20out%20clean.%20Cool%20on%20rack%20for%20at%20least%20ten%20minutes%20before%20removing%20from%20pan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20toffee%20chips%20caramelized%20a%20little%20on%20the%20edges%20and%20made%20the%20bread%20pretty%20brown.%20It%20was%20all%20good,%20though.%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBanana%20bread%20usually%20tastes%20better%20after%20a%20day.%20Unfortunately,%20no%20one%20in%20my%20family%20can%20wait%20that%20long.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOh,%20yeah!%20We'll%20be%20making%20this%20one%20again.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
