- 3/4 c. mashed canned pears

- 1 Tbsp. honey

- Select the loaf size. Add in the ingredients to the machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Select the basic white bread cycle.
- NOTES : Made 7-16-01. Good! 2# loaf. I made these additions and/or possibly changes. I minced approximately 1 3/4 fresh pears into cubes into bottom of pan and only used 1/4 c. water. At the beep, I added 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 Tblsp. candied ginger. Next time would use more cinnamon, only because I love cinnamon. Smelled heavenly while baking, and tasted better.
