- 8 ounce Can Green Beans, liquid removed
- 8 ounce Can Kidney Beans, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Minced Onion
- 1/2 c. Minced green Pepper
- 1/2 c. Vinegar
- 1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 cl Chopped Garlic

- In a bowl combine beans, onion, and green pepper.
- In a screw-top jar combine the vinegar, oil, sugar, celery seed, dry mustard, and garlic. Cover and shake well. Pour over vegetables; stir lightly. Cover and refrigeratefor 4 to 24 hrs, stirring often.
