- 2/3 c. black beans, mashed
- 1Â 1/2 c. fat-free bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. steak sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 x egg white
- 1/2 tsp salt

- In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients. Shape into 4 equal sized patties. Fry till hard in a skillet lightly coated with vegetable oil cooking spray. (Once fried, these burgers can be frzn, then reheated & crisped in the toaster.)
