Ингредиенты
- 4 c. steamed rice
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 sm. garlic, finely minced
- 10 ounce. pork, chicken or possibly beef
- 3 egg beaten
- 3 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 minced spring onion
Инструкции
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry garlic, add in meat and fry for 5 min. Pour Large eggs into center of pan. Stir till beginning to set then add in rice and stir well. Sprinkle fish sauce over and mix well. Add in onions and stir them through. Remove from heat.
