- Thaw spinach. Squeeze water from spinach and set aside. Preheat oven to 350. Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Chop onion.
- Add in spinach and onion and saute/fry till onion is translucent/soft, stirring frequently, about 5 min. Add in crabmeat and Parmesan, stirring well to blend. Transfer spinach mix to 1-quart casserole and bake 15-20 min. Or possibly transfer mix to crockpot to keep hot, stirring occasionally. Can be served warm or possibly cool with crackers.
