• 2 tsp Dry Mustard
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Onion Pwdr
• 1 tsp Garlic Pwdr
• 1 tsp Dry Basil leaves
• 1 tsp Dry Oregano leaves
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
• 1/2 tsp White Pepper
• 2 c. Vegetable Juice Cocktail canned
• 1 c. Tomato Sauce
• 3 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
• 3 Tbsp. White Vinegar
• 3 x Bay Leaves
• 1 1/4 c. Minced Onions
• 2 x Green Bell Peppers roasted, seeded &
• med diced
• 2 x Anaheim Chili Pepper roasted, seeded, & med diced
• 1/4 c. Fresh Cilantro Leaves
• 1 Tbsp. Garlic chopped
