- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Tomato soup
- Worcestershire sauce
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- 1 sm. cabbage (if you like)
- Parsley flakes
Инструкции
- Brown roast on both sides with cut up onion and minced garlic. Add in 1/4 c. water plus 1 can tomato soup and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer slowly 1 hour at 325 degrees. Add in carrots and potatoes; sprinkle parsley flakes. Cook till vegetables are to your taste. Half of cabbage cut in wedges adds a different flair.
