Ingredients: 1 lb Grnd beef; 1 pkt Taco seasoning mix; 1 can Tomato sauce, (15 ounce.); 1/4 c. Minced green bell pepper, (optional); 3 c. Corkscrew macaroni, cooked and liquid removed; 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded; 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream

Ингредиенты

1 lb Grnd beef
1 pkt Taco seasoning mix
1 can Tomato sauce, (15 ounce.)
1/4 c. Minced green bell pepper, (optional)
3 c. Corkscrew macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream

Инструкции

Brown meat; drain. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and green pepper.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine cooked pasta, 1/2 c. cheese and lowfat sour cream and place on bottom of baking dish. Top with meat mix and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
