- 1 lb Hamburger, browned & liquid removed
- Â Â Minced onion
- 1 can (24 ounce) V8 juice
- 1 can Corn (Green Giant)
- 1 pkt Taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (small) sliced olives
- 3/4 c. Uncooked rice
- 1 can (15 ounce) red kidney beans, liquid removed

- Cook hamburger and onion. Drain. Put everything in Dutch oven. Simmer for 2 hrs or possibly more. Add in taco chips
