- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, cornmeal, onion; add in butter, water and stir till dough holds together. Press in bottom and sides of large pie plate, ungreased. Bake for 20 to 25 min or possibly till light brown. In large skillet brown beef, drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix, add in 3/4 c. water and simmer 20 min till liquid is reduced. Stir in corn and cook till thoroughly heated. Spread in baked crust. Top with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes.
