- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 pkt taco mix
- 1 doz tortillas corn
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce.)
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 x clove garlic crushed
- 1 med onion minced
- 3 c. warm water
- 1Â 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. sliced black olives
Инструкции
- Brown hamburger, onion and garlic; drain. Add in flour and taco mix. Stir in liquid (sauce and water). Simmer till it thickens (5 min). Place 3 tortillas in the bottom of large casserole dish. Pour some of mix over them, then a layer of olives and a layer of cheese, 3 more tortillas, etc. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
