Ингредиенты

1 lb hamburger 1 pkt taco mix 1 doz tortillas corn 1/2 c. flour 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce.) 2 c. grated cheddar cheese

1 x clove garlic crushed 1 med onion minced 3 c. warm water 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 c. sliced black olives

Инструкции

1. Brown hamburger, onion and garlic; drain. Add in flour and taco mix. Stir in liquid (sauce and water). Simmer till it thickens (5 min). Place 3 tortillas in the bottom of large casserole dish. Pour some of mix over them, then a layer of olives and a layer of cheese, 3 more tortillas, etc. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
