- 15 x chicken wings - (abt 3 lbs)
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. warm pepper sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Cherry tomatoes
- Â Â Carrot sticks
- Â Â Celery sticks
- Â Â Ranch or possibly blue cheese dressing
Инструкции
- Heat broiler. Line a pan with foil. Cut wings apart at joint. Throw away the tip.
- Mix sauce ingredients. Add in chicken and turn to coat. Arrange on the broiler pan. Reserve remaining sauce. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat source for about 12 min, brushing occasionally with the reserved sauce. Turn over and bake about 8 min more.
- Arrange on platter and serve with accompaniments.
