- 2 lbs. grnd twice stew meat
- 1 c. corn flake crumbs
- 2 T chopped dry onion
- 1 1/2 T garlic pwdr
- 1/3 c. parsley flakes
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 c. ketchup
- 12 ounce jar chili sauce
- 16 ounce can jelly cranberry sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 T teriyaki sauce (opt.)
Инструкции
- Mix together ingredients for meatballs. Roll into 1" to 1 1/2" balls and layer in a roaster pan. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix well sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Put covered roaster in oven and bake 1 1/2 hrs. May use pork instead of beef.
