- 3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed, Or possibly
- 1 can sweet potatoes, 30 ounces
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- Â Â I c. nuts, minced
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. melted butter
Инструкции
- Mix mashed potatoes with salt, butter, vanilla, sugar, Large eggs and lowfat milk.
- Spread in a 9-inch square pan.
- Mix topping ingredients and spread over potato mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
