- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. light cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon parsley
- 2 teaspoon onion, instant
- 2 T butter

- Put together all ingredients except butter; beat till well blended. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown meatballs in butter over medium heat. Turn heat low and continue cooking. Turn occasionally till cooled. 10-15 min. Makes 36 meatballs. Microwave 6 min.
