2 c. navy beans soaked overnight - (2 to 3)
1 lb thick cut bacon
1 Tbsp. Coleman's Dry Mustard (or possibly more)
1 c. brown sugar
1 med onion minced

Инструкции

Rinse and drain beans. Cook bacon till crisp. Combine all but half the bacon in either a 2 qt casserole or possibly a 9" by 13" pan. Top with remaining bacon. Bake for 90 min at 300 turning heat up to 325 for the last 20 or possibly so min. May also be done in crockpot.
Note: There is no catsup or possibly other tomato in these beans.
