Ингредиенты

1 c. Butter, softened
3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 x Large eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
3 c. Flour, all purpose

Инструкции

Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in salt, Large eggs and vanilla, mix well. Add in flour and mix till well combined. Press dough into mold.
Bake 15 - 18 min or possibly till golden at 350. Let cold for one minute.
Place cooling rack over mold and invert carefully. Remove mold and allow the cookies to cold.
Makes 2 pans of molded cookies.
