Ингредиенты
- 3/4 c. Shortening (ex. crisco)
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2Â 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- Â Â Additional egg whites (for Brushing cookies)
- Â Â Colored or possibly plain sugar(s)
- Â Â For decoration

- Mix all ingredients. Chill. Roll out thin (1/8 " or possibly as thin as you can handle - thinner makes them crispy). Cut into shapes and transfer to cookie sheet. Brush with egg whites then sprinkle with colored or possibly plain sugars to decorate.
- Bake at 400 degrees or possibly 6-8 min or possibly until edges begin to brown.
