- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 1Â 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 pkt (10-ounce) frzn, sliced strawberries or possibly red raspberries in syrup partially thawed
- 1Â 1/2 c. Coarsely minced pecans or possibly walnuts
- 1/2 c. Oil
Инструкции
- Beat Large eggs, sugar and oil till well combined. Add in flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Beat till well blended (batter should be thick). Stir in the partially thawed, undrained berries and the nuts.
- Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 55-65 min, or possibly till tester comes out clean.
- Let cold in pan for 10 min. Remove from pan and cold completely on a wire rack. Wrap and store in refrigerator.
