- 1 c. soy lowfat milk*
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1 x banana, broken into chunks (better if frzn)
- 14 x frzn strawberries
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1Â 1/2 tsp white sugar

- 1. In a blender, combine soy lowfat milk, oats, banana and strawberries. Add in vanilla and sugar if you like. Blend till smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
- *Substitute 1 c. ice lowfat milk or possibly ice cream for extra flavor and texture
