- Â Â Butter. Blend well with fingers, fork, or possibly pastry blender.
- Â Â Press onto the bottom of a well-buttered springform pan.
- Â Â Refrigeratefor 30 min.
- Â Â FILLING
- 2 lb CREAM CHEESE, softened
- 1Â 1/2 c. GRANULATED SUGAR
- 1 c. HEAVY CREAM
- 6 x Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. LEMON JUICE
- 1/2 tsp BRANDY or possibly BRANDY EXTRACT
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. VANILLA EXTRACT
- 2 Tbsp. ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR, sifted
- 1 c. FRESH STRAWBERRIES, minced
- Â Â In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and cream
- Â Â Till smooth. Add in the Large eggs, one at a time, making sure which
- Â Â The mix is smooth and creamy. Mix in the strawberries.
- Â Â Pour mix into the chilled pan and bake in a pre-heated
- 425 x Degree F oven for 15 min, then reduce the
- Â Â Temperature to 275-degrees F and continue to bake for 1
- Â Â Hour.
- Â Â Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cold for 3 hrs.
- Â Â TOPPING
- 2Â 1/2 c. FRESH STRAWBERRIES, minced
- 1 c. AMARETTO LIQUEUR
- 1 Tbsp. GRANULATED SUGAR
