- 1/2 c. sprouted wheat
- 1 c. sprouted rye
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, powdered
- 1 teaspoon kelp
- 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr

- Grind sprouted grains in meat grinder three times. Add in remaining ingredients. Work into a pliable dough. Dust cutting board with arrowroot pwdr. Roll dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into squares. Place on rack. Cover with cheese cloth. Put outside in direct sun and dry to desired hardness.Serving suggestions: Cream one avocado with 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr. Spread mix on crackers, sprinkle sprouted sesame seeds on top.
