- 6 slc crisp bacon, crumbled
- 4 x Hard cooked Large eggs, minced
- 1/2 pkt frzn green peas
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. Miracle Whip
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- Â Â Fresh spinach
- Â Â Salad greens

- Fill a 3 quart. rectangle casserole with bite size pcs of raw spinach and salad greens.
- Layer bacon, Large eggs & peas on top. Cover with a mix of mayonnaise & Miracle Whip.
- Top with cheese.
- Seal with Saran Wrap and refrigeratefor 24 hrs.
