- Â Â vegetable cooking spray
- 1 c. minced onion
- 6 c. minced fresh spinach
- 1Â 1/4 c. chopped cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. chablis or possibly dry white wine
- 2/3 c. part-skim ricotta
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp pepper divided
- 15 x cooked jumbo macaroni
- Â Â shells
- 1 can chicken broth, (10 1/2 ounce.)
- 1 can tomato paste, (6 ounce.)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg

- Coat a large skillet with spray. Place over medium heat till warm. Add in minced onion and sauteeuntil tender.
- Add in spinach, cabbage and wine. Sautee4 min
- Stir in ricotta cheese, parsley and 1/8 t., pepper.
- Sautee2 min
- Stuff each shell with 2 1/2 teaspoon Spinach mix. Arrange in shallow baking dish coated with spray. Set aside. Combine remaining 1/8 teaspoon Pepper, broth, tomato paste, salt and nutmegin a small bowl. Spoon over shells. Cover and bake at 350F for 30 min or possibly till heated thoroughly.
